Unlike other HA Hospitals, Caritas Medical Center came forth with a design concept to improve staff safety during needle handling processes. After 1 year of development, IML’s patented invention, Zenjab+, was introduced as a one-handed needle capping device with integrated antimicrobial properties.

The hospital staff member’s feedback was taken into consideration as well, hearing out their comments on ease of use, and so the IMU+ Funnel Cappers were designed in response that utilises pre-existing device operation methods with easier sanitisation.
